Know before you go: Roosevelt Row · A 10,000-sq-ft two-story brewery and craft kitchen at 925 N 5th St on Roosevelt Row, with a sunken central lounge, visible brewhouse, upstairs bar and fire-pit patio that Phoenix's Definitive crew now uses for tech-house and minimal parties.
