Electronic show
HYPERFEMME — Houston
Venue: Boondocks — Houston, TX
Lineup: HYPERFEMME (headliner) · Jetty
Know before you go: Montrose · A two-story Montrose dive at 1417 Westheimer with cheap, strong drinks and a laid-back neighborhood crowd, where the upstairs floor with booths and a mini bar hosts local and touring DJs spinning soul, funk, disco, house and techno on weekends.
Tip: The upstairs dance floor doesn't really get going until around 10pm on weekends and covers are typically cheap; it's closed Sundays.
