About Yousuke Yukimatsu: Osaka-born Yousuke Yukimatsu began DJing in 2008 and built his reputation in Osaka and Kobe, founding the Zone Unknown party series; a 2014 gig with DJ Nobu led to bookings at Nobu's Future Terror in Tokyo. Diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour in 2016, he left construction work after treatment and two surgeries to DJ full time. Known for shirtless, chaotic sets that jump between techno, gabber, trance, breaks and ambient, he curated the compilation 'Midnight is Comin'' on Midnight Shift in 2022, became a Berlin Atonal regular, and his Boiler Room Tokyo set went viral in 2025 ahead of a Coachella 2026 booking.
