About The Sponges: The Sponges are South Florida production duo Ryan Slepin and Nik Eaton, who formed in 2019 and released a debut EP that included 'Space Funk '75'. Their sound layers 1970s funk samples, heavy bass and nostalgic chops over a four-on-the-floor house groove.
