About Lotus: Lotus formed in 1998 at Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana, settled its lineup in 1999 and later made Philadelphia its home base. Brothers Luke Miller (guitar, keys) and Jesse Miller (bass, sampler, modular synth) lead the instrumental group alongside drummer Mike Greenfield and guitarist Tim Palmieri, fusing electronic production with live funk, rock and jam improvisation. The catalog runs from 'Nomad' (2004, recorded at Mr Smalls) and 'Hammerstrike' (2008) to 'Bloom & Recede' (2022) and 'Rise of the Anglerfish' (2026). The band has played Red Rocks, Bonnaroo and Electric Forest and hosts the annual Summerdance festival in Ohio. Full profile →
