About Infekt: INFEKT is a German-born dubstep producer from Bayreuth, Bavaria, who was introduced to production through FL Studio by his father and began uploading tracks to SoundCloud around 2010, releasing roughly one track a week as a teenager. Early label deals arrived around 2013, and after impressing the Monsters crew (Shiverz, Subfiltronik, AD, Akira) at a Belgian show he joined their ranks before signing with Disciple and its Round Table sub-label, whose management helped him relocate to the United States. His dark, wonky, heavily distorted riddim has made him a fixture of the US bass circuit, and since 2017 he has run a Patreon teaching his production techniques. Full profile →
