About Elephante: Elephante is Tim Heng Wu, an American DJ, producer and singer born in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Taiwanese parents and now based in Los Angeles. Classically trained on piano and self-taught on guitar, he majored in economics at Harvard and worked a corporate job before quitting for music — the alias nods to the ‘elephant in the room’ of that unhappiness. He moved from remixes into originals with 'Temporary Love', and his 2016 debut EP 'I Am the Elephante' set out the progressive-house, synthpop and trap blend he is known for. Full profile →
