About Diplo: Diplo is the stage name of Thomas Wesley Pentz, an American DJ and producer who founded the Mad Decent record label in 2006. He gained wider recognition producing for M.I.A. and with his 2008 single 'Blow Your Head,' then went on to lead the dancehall-influenced project Major Lazer and the duos Jack U (with Skrillex) and Silk City (with Mark Ronson).
