About deadmau5: deadmau5 is Joel Zimmerman, a Canadian producer born in Niagara Falls, Ontario in 1981 and based in Toronto, whose meticulous sound design and Cube stage shows helped define modern EDM. After breaking through with the album Random Album Title in 2008, he became known for the progressive-house landmark 'Strobe' and for his trademark mouse-head helmet.
