About Daily Bread: Daily Bread is Rhett Whatley, an Atlanta producer and multi-instrumentalist who began making beats in his bedroom in 2014 with an MPC, a deep record collection and a background in jazz guitar. Indie label Philos Records picked him up early, releasing his double-LP On the Daily in 2017 and later Re-Entry. His crate-digging electro-soul folds dusty samples, live instrumentation and hip-hop drums into a warm, sample-based sound that has carried him to Red Rocks and festival stages nationwide.
