About Bakermat: Lodewijk Fluttert began releasing music as Bakermat in 2012 while studying psychology at Utrecht University, debuting with the EPs 'Zomer' and 'Vandaag'. 'One Day (Vandaag)', built on a sample of Martin Luther King Jr.'s 'I Have a Dream' speech, charted across Europe and went platinum in several countries after a Sony re-release. His sound blends house with soul, jazz, gospel and sax-led melodies; later singles include 'Teach Me', 'Living' and 'Baiana'. He tours with a live band, hosted a Bakermat & Friends stage at Tomorrowland, and co-founded the Big Top Amsterdam label in 2016. Full profile →
